1st run in 10 days, because of ankle pain. With teen #1. Felt great. Will increase distance real slow.

Managed to dislodge teen #2 form their Nintendo to go for a walk of the frozen outside.

Ankle still painful. Don't know if I'll be able to answer mountains call tomorrow.

Weekly interval workshop with #lyon #running club

16k including 8k liaison

Very satisfying. I did not lag too far behind. I socialized a little. I bettered my 10k PR. I spent the whole 4k back home into z2, which is a first for me.

But that easy pace is probably due to a very painful ankle...

Easy #trailrunning in #lyon with #running club.

The run itself was 8k and 400m EG so I added 12k and 100m EG for the sake of round number.

Watch died at km 19.7 while I was circling my building block to get to 20.

Itinerary was fun we spent most running up and down Fourvière.

Decided to push myself especially uphill. HR stayed pretty low though.

Oh and I also froze my ass.
