Hier gibt's immer noch Reste von Weihnachten 😬🙄 zumindest die Knödel rechts unten und der bröckelnde Soja-Hackbraten rechts oben (Semmelbrösel vergessen😅).

Tja, also, weil mir oft euer sehr gut aussehendes und kompliziert klingendes Essen in die Timeline gespült wird...
Deshalb poste ich zum Ausgleich mein sehr einfaches nicht gut belichtetes Abendessen: Gebratene Makkaroni mit Würstchen, Ketchup und Käse 😁
Meine Oma hat das ab und zu gemacht😅 Ich habe es mal veganisiert weil ich nicht auf Oma-Comfort-Food verzichten will.

War Freitag beim Hausarzt, inklusive 30 Minuten Wartezimmer, und man hat mir mitgegeben: Ein Virus 😬
Ich bin selbst schuld. Hatte nur eine FFP-2-Maske mit Ohrenschlaufen. Während andere das Schild an der Tür "Praxis bei Erkältungssymptomen nicht ohne Maske betreten" ignoriert haben und wild am rumhusten waren 🙄
Also für Freitag Treffen abgesagt und am Samstag mit einer richtig dichten Maske zur Psychotherapie um das mögliche Unheil von anderen abzuwenden😅 Und heute tatsächlich krank.
To do: Dringend 3M-Aura-Vorrat auffüllen. Und Corona testen.

Jemand hat vor meiner Tür Schnee gekehrt 🤔 Wer macht sowas 🤔 ich räume auch oft bei den Nachbarn Schnee (wenn es einmal im Jahr schneit) aber es scheint niemand von ihnen gewesen zu sein. Weil überall noch Schnee liegt. Außer bei mir. Außerdem existieren keine verräterischen Fußspuren.

Ich sollte dazu sagen, dass die Pizza aus einer Pizzeria kommt, in der nicht mal der Salat vegetarisch ist und schon gar nicht vegan. Einen Kilometer weiter gibt es eine sehr gute vegane Pizza. Die haben aber Urlaub.

Vegane Pizza bedeutet: einfach Käse weg lassen 🙄 Schmeckt ziemlich langweilig. Hab also Parmesan (Nüsse mit Hefeflocken) drauf gestreut (nicht im Bild). Damit wurde die Pizza viel besser.
Warum kommen Restaurants eigentlich nicht auf Lösungen statt einfach den Käse weg zu lassen?
Bildbeschreibung: eine 5/6 Pizza in einem Karton. Auf der Pizza sind Tomatensoße, Auberginen, Zwiebeln, Oliven, Tomaten und Zucchini und kein Käse.
