Tja, also, weil mir oft euer sehr gut aussehendes und kompliziert klingendes Essen in die Timeline gespült wird...

Deshalb poste ich zum Ausgleich mein sehr einfaches nicht gut belichtetes Abendessen: Gebratene Makkaroni mit Würstchen, Ketchup und Käse 😁

Meine Oma hat das ab und zu gemacht😅 Ich habe es mal veganisiert weil ich nicht auf Oma-Comfort-Food verzichten will.

@nin80 sieht doch gut aus. Nicht alles muss auf viel zu großen Tellern in kleiner Portion von irgendeinem fancy Öl umrundet sein.

Wenn ich das richtig sehe: Ist das Räuchertofu statt Würstchen und Cashew-Parmesan als Käse?

Das ist Naturtofu mit Salz, Pfeffer und Paprikapulver. Räuchertofu ist mir zu ähm... geräuchert (ich mag den Geschmack nicht so) aber den kann man definitiv auch verwenden, wenn man ihn gerne isst.

Käse ist Cashew-Parmesan, ja.

@nin80 🤤🤤 Nudeln mit Ketchup ist eh vollkommen unterschätzt. Hab ich sofort Bock drauf jetzt.

(Ich mag auch den Hashtag #Alltagsessen, weil da genau solche Gerichte immer kommen.)
