We started to watch the Urusei Yatsura remake and these crows are delightful! Tried to find a few images on the web and started copying. The old as well as the new designs are so full of charm.

I rescued these #arduino nano (v3) style boards from the bin and turns out they don’t ship with USB HID support.
So my plan to use them for a small macro pad keyboard doesn’t work out.
Does anyone want these or has recommendations what to do with this kind of board. Audio related; I’m not looking into home automation or desktop toys.

My first time printing something in 3D has been over ten years ago. It’s still fun. But I don’t see why someone would put this in their home. 😀

Merging the #greasePencil objects together keeps the new strokes intact.
But then merging both GP layers together breaks the weight painting.

Well that's annoying. In a new #greasePencil Object the parenting works as expected.

I'm stuck with #b3d #greasePencil #blender in 4.3.1
I really just want to slap some bendy bones on a grease pencil Object I imported from an SVG file.
Now I wonder if it's me not understanding some hidden mechanic, or if I encountered a really big bug in 4.3.1

I’m usually complaining how mobile phones are weird cameras. They nowadays are packed to the brim with automation and post processing that I can’t control.
Yet I am very please from these picture from a very short trip this weekend.
Next time I need to bring a real camera.

Horrible GAS Episode. There is this less than two second audio snippet of "doom marching drums" by Jeremy on the Befaco Oneroi and I keep checking my bank account since. Horrible.
If anyone has some notes on how to do this (in general or) in another #modularSynth patch. Please sind help.

Ooof I can smell that this year there will be "new" computer hardware on the big bad list.
My PC mainboard doesn't support Win11 and Win10 security updates will stop end of October. But I want to keep playing games and render the occasional small thing with it's two nvidia 1070ti if possible.
And my 2013 Macbook keeps having weird episodes... So that needs to be repaired or switched out some day, too.
Approach 1: Update Hardware
I would love to get rid of my Monitor from the Desk but still have the Windows machine around for friends & games. So sunshine/moonlight should be the way to go and stream those games, right?
Approach 2:
With all the work valve has put into gaming on #linux I might also be able to just switch to a linux distro and not upgrade the hardware. (yet)
The bad part here is that I have terra bytes of Data on NTFs drives 👀
Apporach 3: Move data to a modern NAS? (I have an old unused buffalo terastation that I fucked up in the process of using it as time capsule) And I still wonder if it would be possible to slap in SSDs for more speed but I guess it's pretty limited by it's CPU.
In any situation I'll check with a sys admin buddy to get a good used Laptop as "daily driver" and switch to linux.
Much love for all ideas, hints and distro reccomendations :tealheart:

Built a small airflow system for a friends indoor greenhouse from spare computer fans and other spare parts I had lying around. Quite clean with barrel plug and on/off switch. Let's hope it fits their requirements :tealheart:

Rendered a cute video for a modular patch that I liked. I sat down and tried to get more familiar with the Mutable Instruments Beads module. #modularSynth #eurorack #musodon #b3d #blender

I hate these videos where people bully little biped or quadruped robots („for science“). :sadlinux:
Leave them alone and just look at them go.
