das #Gewalthilfegesetz ist nach langem, zermürbendem kampf wieder so eine mixed bag of feels and results und zeugt vom backlash, in dem wir uns befinden. neben TIN-personen sind auch geflüchtete/menschen mit prekärem aufenthalt im beschlossenen entwurf nicht mehr erwähnt. auch die nennung wirtschaftlicher gewalt, der anspruch auf wohnen nach dem frauenhaus und beratung des sozialen umfelds fehlen nun.

aber: auch wenn die freude über das endlich verabschiedete #Gewalthilfegesetz durch die verankerte TIN-feindlichkeit mehr als getrübt wird, das hier ist ebenso realität, wie nora eckert schreibt –

„Zum Glück haben Frauenhäuser in der Vergangenheit und bis heute immer schon autonom entschieden, weshalb trans Frauen dort Aufnahme gefunden haben, wenn die Einzelfallprüfung das für gerechtfertigt hielt. Die Frauenhauskoordinierung betrachtet das als Selbstverständlichkeit.“ 🙏🏻
