If you wonder why I always turn off location for apps by default: this. Data brokers should not have access to my location data, because it will get leaked. Note the long list of thousands of apps that collected the info. Tinder and Grindr, but also a bunch of games and other small apps.
Turning off location doesn't solve that issue I'm aware. But every bit helps, no?
