Tonight is the first lesson back for karate. My holiday was interrupted by incessant marketing emails from sensei. I suspect that the Facebook and Insta parents set love this inspirational Canva shit, but not kid or I. Then she posted an AI generated picture (I reckon most of her text is ChatGPT generated and she is a head teacher/deputy principal at secondary school). Just ugh. Makes me want to quit.
