Ad density and layout on some of the publishers I used to enjoy are getting so bad that I don’t have any qualms whatsoever anymore about ad blocking.

And let me tell you: If you think modern site design forces you to sift through endless ads to sort the chaff and dickbars and auto-play video bullshit from the increasingly sparse and lower-quality content, most websites are just a solid block of indistinguishable advertisements through the narrow view I have now!

My Pixel 9 Pro has sadly become a brick: All GMS/Play Services integration has spontaneously failed, and Android basically doesn't work without Google's proprietary bits.
Maybe a good time to switch to an iPhone anyway, given all the other changes happening — Apple Watch would be nice to use again.
