First of all, there are 13 Olympians depending on if you count Hestia or Dionysus:

Zeus, Hera, Hestia, Poseidon, Demeter, Apollo, Artemis, Aphrodite, Hephaestus, (Dionysus), Ares, Athena and Hermes

If you add Hades, that makes 14, meaning I can place Hermes and Dionysus on the joker cards.

I have this project of making a Greek mythology inspired deck of card. For now, I'm trying to make a french deck (your regular 52 cards). Later I will do a 72 cards French Tarot deck (playing deck, not for fortune telling).

Why is it that artist sketch book format is usually Arch A aka. 9x12" yet any scanner with a bed larger than 8.5x11" is at least $1,000 USD?

A DSLR is also way above my price range. I don't really know what to do. I'm tired of my crappy iPhone pictures poorly edited in Photoshop.

Artists of Mastodon, what's your setup to quickly digitize your analog media with ok quality?

Just updated my website a little. Is anyone fluent in WordPress here? How do I make a gallery that has buttons which enable me to filter the images by tags?

I’m legit upset at how moderation works on Bluesky.

I cannot post art I made with any degree nudity without it being labeled as sexually suggestive…

Nudity in art does not suggest sexual behavior.

I like it better here where the CW comes at my discretion and if I judged it wrong people or moderators can comment or DM me.

Moderation on Bluesky seems very unilateral. I’m still waiting on my appeals to resolve.

I guess it’s time to create a #Bluesky account.

I love mastodon but non of my IRL friends are here. They say it’s too complicated here yet they are all software, mechanical engineers. I guess no one likes to tinker anymore and I don’t want to go around proselytizing.
