Finished Cryptmaster, though I admit I needed a guide. If you're not heavily into word puzzles, I don't think you'll get much out of it, and I didn't like the combat.

Still, it's brilliantly-presented, genuinely funny and gets a ton of mileage out of the premise. Excellent stuff. :)

The Reynard/Robin connection is the most obvious, but we also have King Noble being a lion, and he in turn becoming Prince John, and Isengrim the Wolf becoming the Sheriff of Nottingham.

Started reading Reynard the Fox last night, and my gods the parallels between it and the Disney Robin Hood are even more pronounced than I thought.

I'd read the Disney Robin Hood used designs from a cancelled Reynard adaptation that was deemed TOO anarchic for the Hayes code.

The choices of species for each character in Robin Hood makes a lot more sense now, that's for sure.

The downside to LibroFM is that you can't listen to audiobooks on the website, so your chapters aren't tracked. You can only listen via the app or through downloading the file and finding where you were each time.
