MAGA claims that “DEI” stands for “Didn’t Earn It” is remarkable because in reality, generating historic wealth through 2 billion acres of stolen land from Native Americans, enslaving Black people for 300 years, banning Asian immigration until 1965, & banning women from financial access til 1974—all without paying a single red cent in reparations or restitution—is the living breathing example of not earning it.

In 1933 Nazis issued a decree that required Germans to snitch on anyone who spoke against the party, its leaders, or the Govt.

In 2025 MAGAs force federal employees to snitch on anyone who does "DEI in disguise," or suffer "adverse consequences."

ICC Chief Prosecutor Karim Khan has filed for arrest warrants against two senior Taliban leaders, Haibatullah Akhundzada and Abdul Hakim Haqqani, for crimes against humanity specifically related to gender persecution in Afghanistan.

This is welcome news & a critical first step towards justice.

Yesterday several Fed Govt contacts sent me a memo from the Acting AG that says All DEI programs are cancelled & anyone who doesn’t report “disguised” DEI will suffer "adverse consequences."

Yeah, they’re forcing employees to snitch on one another like the Nazis did. Here’s the full text of the memo & the email address they want people to snitch to. Would be a shame if we flooded that address with “reports of DEIA” ¯_(ツ)_/¯

Let’s be clear. Trump did not repel the EEOC. An executive order cannot repeal legislation.

Trump revoked President Johnson’s Executive Order 11246, which protected affirmative action for federal contractors.

Trump’s EO does not impact Title VII or laws enforced by the EEOC.

He may try to do so via legislation. But this is not that.

I recall running legal triage at airports when Trump enacted his first Muslim ban. Now, as Trump returns to the White House, he enacts a Muslim Ban 2.0—just one of his 200+ Executive Orders. Most all of them are regressive and harm most all Americans. None of them bring down the price of eggs.

This includes children awaiting reunification with families as well as Afghans at risk of Taliban retribution because they supported US soldiers against the Taliban.

Last year I cited ADL data to show that 100% of antisemitic hate is from the Right & 0% from the Left. ADL then censored its own data to hide the fact that antisemitism is largely a right wing issue

With minutes left in his presidency, Biden granted clemency To Leonard Peltier. Minutes into his presidency, Trump granted pardon to 1500 white supremacist insurrectionists.

In a just country, Peltier would've always been free or would've been pardoned immediately & the insurrectionists would serve their sentences in full.

Yet here we are.

One of the very few acts Biden took against anti-Palestinian violence was to sanction illegal Israeli settlers who violently attacked Palestinians in their own homes and on their own land, including by blocking aid to Gaza—which is a war crime.

Trump just lifted those sanctions, allowing them to continue terrorizing Palestinians in their own homes without any fear of accountability.

This will lead to more war and violence. Trump's counting on it, because he's a fascist & this is what he wants.
