Made a snitty post on bluesky about this but I really am pretty angry about folks who spent the past 2 years and change on Twitter while Musk test drove his fascist playbook there given that he's now running the exact same scheme on the US government word for word. At least on Twitter people could take a stand by leaving but they didn't and now it's too late. Not only that, they kept lending legitimacy to a site controlled by a right winger who then used it to swing the elections
If that is what resisting fascism looks like then I can't muster a ton of hope for the future

To elaborate on this post: I don't have an amazing chair and I my ankles get a little swollen after I sit at my desk for 3-5 hours
Walking 10 mins every hour didn't fix it
Getting up every 30-35 mins and walking 10 mins every hour didn't fix it
Getting up briefly every 20-25 mins though, that did the trick. Even without the 10 min walks
