I need a project to do. One that is fun, takes a lot of time, and doesn't cost a lot of money. Something in the software / electronics / radio domain, since I already have a lot of the infrastructure for those. Woodworking would be baller, but I only have a drill and chop saw :)

I am looking for new WiFI Infrastructure for my home. I currently use the Ubiquiti AmpLiFi, but it seems a bit limited for what I want (i.e., I can't make it work with VLANs, and I can't do WiFi 6). My router is opnsense, and I don't want to change that out. I would love to have a nice, centrally managed swich/wifi infrastructure, and MiktoTik looks nice, except CapsMAN doesn't run on SwOS, and SwOS is so much nicer for a standard switch. Plz help!
