looking for Coffee Advice.

i want to get a nice espresso machine.

i own an encore grinder, but I am hearing it's not stellar for espresso grinds, since it's only got two relevant size settings.

i want a single grinder that i can use for espresso, aeropress, and french press.

oh what, aurora serverless rds v2 is actually serverless now!

has anyone tried this? does it work like v1 where it takes ~45 seconds from a connection attempt to a 0-capacity database for it to come back up and start accepting connections?
