This is the part I keep coming back to. The Dems leadership does this for a living, but somehow countless amateurs were able to see the issue. They have managed to lose to Donald fucking Trump of all absurd candidates in two out of three elections. Momentarily setting aside the painfully real human costs of BOTH party platforms, this is just bad from a strategic perspective. Try a different fucking tactic! Centrism ain't getting it!
