@richardstocks @alcinnz 100% agree. I am wary of Github, but until there is a viable replacement for their sponsorship mechanism, they've done well with it.. Like you say, they don't collect fees and are good about providing proper tax documents at the end of the year. My monthly support has dwindled lately; it's really not viable to support FOSS purely on the kindness of strangers.
