This is a long shot, but anyone have connections with model railway enthusiasts?
One of my neighbours died recently, and his widow is at a loss with how to value / sell a literal barn full of his collection, I feel like maybe an enthusiast would be willing to help in exchange for first dibs / a discount on buying some of it.
Edit: I also put this on my sewing group WhatsApp and had a message from one of their husbands within seconds, so I think itβs sorted!
