There really is only one answer for Trump. He's never going to stop being like this.

In the meantime:

• how many people are hurt or die as a result of his actions?

• will he be permitted to die of old age on a golf course or will someone force the issue? Maybe he will take some inspiration from his 30s moustachioed idol, but I doubt he has the fortitude.
