• New Amsterdam S1E7 Domino Effect: (organ) transplant chain gave me a good cry today, so much so, felt like a year's worth of endorphins were released & whatever sadness I had in my body from my 2024 left me forever

• boss let me leave early after i told him i had a migraine which shortened my shift from 8 hours to 6: directly resulting in me getting fresh air and sunshine, having a nice stroll by the water, watching the beautiful sunset on the train back home before the forecasted snow storm tonight

• kindness of the folx here in the #fediverse -- asked if anyone could suggest Software Architecture resources & people I don't know / have never met were helping me, boosting & liking the post, replying in thread to suggest what's available and useful. In all the times I've asked anything on Social Media (where I had a lot of followers 10k on FB, 5k in IG, 3k in LinkedIn), I've not received such timely & relevant help

• 11pm PST, I completed 17k steps, torching 2800 kcals
