Update: I thought that my USB-C to DisplayPort cable was at fault or my Mac had a weird setting that made it that I couldn't use one of my screens, but plugging back my Windows machine to DisplayPort isn't working either!
I think my monitor has an issue. It seems to notice something is up, turns on, and then goes "DisplayPort no signal".
