I hate this notion that women aren't allowed love interests in their stories now. They have to be trying to obtain power or be bosses or fight or something. Anything but wanting love.
Like, c'mon... Ariel, Cinderella and Snow White all went through shit and struggled in the original Disney films... I think they have earned their princes at the end of the film if that is who they want.
