So the only things that differ between platforms now are:

• Mode (determines the colorburst frequency and phase offset per the scanline and field)

• Artifacting and fringing

• Atari I use a 1280px wide intermediary texture instead of 400% - Atari 2600 is just 160px wide and 640px is not enough here
