1. slept 4.5 hours last nite, woke up rested and energetic

2. finally disclosed reason to boss why I was unable to report something last year, she was open to working out back pay

3. this week, someone I recommended to her company was hired, this person mentioned she was working there now and said I should get a referral bonus in team meeting. I would love to get it since I pitched her last year
