"Die fahrlässige Tötung gemäß § 222 StGB wird mit Freiheitsstrafe von einem Monat bis zu fünf Jahren oder mit Geldstrafe bestraft. Bei einer fahrlässigen Tötung im Straßenverkehr ohne Alkoholeinfluss ist häufig mit einer Geldstrafe zu rechnen."
