Very un-Trek.
Badly directed, badly edited, badly written. Some very obvious cost saving digital work. Apart from the bar scenes, a very empty feeling and cheap movie.
Holes large enough to fly a Galaxy class starship through, painfully obvious plot beats. You'll have the whole thing solved 20 minutes in.
Egregious character changes, combined with a ridiculous and very forced back-story.
There's 45 minutes of content in this, it should have probably been a pilot, and someone should have been slapping people on the noses with a firm "no" and asking for (more) rewrites. It looks like cheap TV, it doesn't have the polish you would expect from a movie (I've seen better from Hallmark), and screams of changes.
