eBay if I’m looking for a fixer-upper or pen parts, I generally buy stuff from eBay expecting some minor work needing to be done on the pen, and it’s a pleasant surprise if it just needs a good cleaning.
I would only buy from eBay if you trust your own repair skills and already have some experience with vintage pens. Otherwise the other sources above are much better for fully restored pens.
