Hi...

I am looking to migrate off Facebook and tge Metaverse.Fed up with ads and the BS.

I'm into #yoga, spirituality, and #self-study

I've been teaching yoga since 2005.

Currently teach on Zoom

Love its many facets of practice and philosophy.

Currently living in #WasagaBeach but went to school in Ottawa #CarletonUniversity
