Chinese government it’s been smart enough not to deep six the pillars of innovation, access to education, Research, And the competitive marketplace where individuals, researchers and companies can reverse engineer and tinker with existing technologies.
US capitalism has methodically chipped away and destroyed each of these pillars and much more. They’ve outsourced in innovation of the US and business has lost capacity to do so.
