All those systems are probabilistic and deliver you the answer the system 'thinks' is the nearest to what you want to hear (the correct answer).

They aren't deterministic in delivering you the correct answer (if any) with source references as to how it determined that this must be the correct answer.

Now the question arises: Is it really that shocking that a probabilistic system in a totalitarian country delivers you the answers that they regard as appropriate?
