Der zweite, abgelehnte strotzt vor Überwachungsstaat inkl. Vorratsdatenspeicherung, Staatstrojanern, massiven Rechten für (Bundes)polizei - und völliger Anonymität und Freistellung von Verantwortung.
Und da sind wir noch nicht beim Gesetzentwurf, der für Freitag eingebracht wurde.
