Visé par un mandat d’arrêt après sa condamnation à trois ans ferme pour avoir notamment organisé son insolvabilité, Marco Mouly se trouve en Israël mais assure qu’il n’est pas en cavale. Il promet de revenir en France pour son procès en appel.
