Oh and also – thanks for the article! I've been working on a Rust project I needed to set up CI for, but I struggled to find any Rust-specific articles on CI. I did peek into some other people's CI configs, but couldn't understand the motivation for some of their choices (CARGO_INCREMENTAL_BUILDS=0 in particular). So this article was really timely!
