Toot

I read somethings on a Chromebook that is never logged into the big G.

Nor is it logged into The Atlantic (I am a subscriber but I don't bother logging in.)

The inline ads that are posted on The Atlantic are amazingly pathetic and fraudulent.

For instance the ad d'jour is a light that they claim requires no energy. Yeah, right. It's like the previous ads for a zero energy room cooler - it was an enclosed ice bucket with a fan. (Ah, zero energy to make the ice, zero energy to run the fan. Yeah, right.)

And if you click on it (which I do to generate ad revenue for The Atlantic) leads to a page with a very fake YouTube video page, complete with fake likes and dislikes.
