The man's an unhinged narcissist, but he wouldn't be able to do much harm if he wasn't surrounded by powerful sycophants and enablers.
The rest of the world should be taking a much firmer stand against the current US regime. And there should be more pushback from within the US establishment.
Sadly, when you don't stand up to bullies, they only get more extreme.
