Pour moi, c'est au mieux un pis-aller, pas une solution à long terme.

Je préfère un projet comme #postmarketOS, qui a pour but de fournir une distribution Linux 100% libre sur des téléphones Android, avec pilotes libres créés par rétro-ingénierie.

Bien sûr, c'est une tâche titanesque. Mais déjà quelques appareils sont compatibles entièrement ou partiellement. Malheureusement, là où le bas blesse en ce moment c'est pour l'appareil photo, mais ça progresse.
