Okay... So... Am I the only one who gets seriously stressed out by random people throwing me into message groups without asking? This kind of thing seriously gets my anxiety way up. It forces me into a position of interacting with people, potentially even interacting with strangers which is something I never, ever do well with if I'm not prepared, it gives me annoying notification spam, and it's just generally uncomfortable in any case. I'm not opposed to meeting people, but people seriously need to do better about asking me before dumping me into stranger central. I'm kinda stressed out, if you can't tell
