Oh well, you're not missing anything, really! It's not as if IKEA has great cuisine. But it's well marketed. And is 'different' from what people abroad are used to, so they milk the 'swedish idea' 😊

Same with their products names; most are not real Swedish but are made up and sound Swedish, and are 'nice to pronounce' by people who don't know Swedish.
