I think a lot about how relatively... nothing? the indoor smoking ban was. I was in a hospitality course at the time, so we followed it pretty closely.
It was like one day everyone smoked in restaurants, the next day they didn't, and even the most you-can't-tell-me-what-to-do smokers I knew (my immediate family) were mad for all of a week.
I just truly can't imagine that happening today.
