"Why would anyone create such a horrendous concept to begin with?" Well, it started 20 years ago, when I was first exposed to Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Then it all went to hell from there.
The next project will be to get the updated ChatGPT Canvas to generate a proper CRM UI for me on the fly.🙈
