We are proud of our work, and especially poud of how efficient we have been with donor funds. Do you have specifics? The internet clout game certainly attracts negative comments to any effective organization.
We are rather alone in helping trans people leave the USA. If you run us down at this time, and we get fewer out, are you going to be responsible for them?
