@mossyfoot Depending on how you want to use the catalog you may want to consider open source asset tracking/management software. It can be simple (tracking items and where they are stored.) Or more complex (tracking from purchase through disposal including maintenance & repair history, spare parts availability, a check in/out system for temporary loan of items etc.)
