However, it ignores its own underlying concepts of #emdiplomacy. #emdiplomacy is described as characterised by the courtly environments of the princely society. At the same time, the #WestphalianPeaceCongress is regarded to mark a watershed in the development of #emdiplomacy and to be style-setting for #emdiplomacy.
