Just saw IA's ARCH program call for people to submit collections of information and be compensated (how? how much?) to test their data mining and analytics tools with them. I am all for this kind of tool development. What kind of data sharing and use agreements (if any) will be signed? It walks a a very interesting line between clearly looking for individuals and expecting them to be from organizations. I have a lot of questions, anyone already participating?
