So Uber Eats is still loading the wrong restaurants on iOS sometimes, but I just figured out you can swipe between them once you have the menu loaded. With VoiceOver, you can three-finger swipe left or right to switch between stores and just check the top of the screen for the name. If you focus the search button, you often get the name read out automatically.
