@DavidDarnes honestly, when I implemented it, I didn't know the impact this had. None of my own instances were affected, and none of my customers reached out about it.
I only saw what happened after the feature was live 🙃
I basically saw the release notes and thought "that's a cool feature, but pretty useless for people on managed hosts". That's how I ended up adding this option within an hour, so I could roll it out with v5.107.1 😅
