@yantor3d The stock PEI bed is wicked strong at 0.12 mm first layer. The default is 0.2 mm, which is easier to remove. I'd imagine you get better release characteristics by going even thicker for first layer, but it's not the only option. The holographic patterned plate I got is super easy to release at 0.12 mm, and I have a feeling that the other patterned beds are probably similar. Maybe experiment with a holo plate?
