Der #EDSA hat die Ergebnisse seiner europaweiten Prüfaktion 2024 zum #Auskunftsrecht veröffentlicht.

In Deutschland beteiligten sich die Landesdatenschutzaufsichtsbehörden aus Bayern (BayLDA), Brandenburg, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, Niedersachsen (@datenschutz_nds), Rheinland-Pfalz (@lfdi_rlp), Saarland und Schleswig-Holstein sowie die @bfdi und prüften insgesamt 116 Verantwortliche.
