Cały algorytm mógłby wyglądać tak:

Jeśli data z "div.naglowek" to DZIŚ → sklej wszystkie H3 z tej daty → wyślij do Telegrama.

Oczywiście, zamiast komunikatora może to być webhook, mail, powiadomienie PUSH, czy co tam lubisz.
