@crmsnbleyd That is fine in and of itself. Lots of Free Software does that. So long as you are allowed to change and redistribute it, that isn't an issue imo.
My personal take is that this is entirely unenforceable and they wouldn't have a case if they were to go after a forked project. What exceptions like this do are make me not want to use or promote a project, because they make me seriously doubt the developers' intentions.
