I have coworkers (I work in healthcare research) fretting over whether we'll still be able to use the ICD-10-CM diagnosis code scheme now that the US is pulling out of the World Health Org. That standard is based on (and I believe tied to) the WHO's ICD-10.
I have a hard time taking that too seriously, but I am vaguely amused at the thought of the US having to un-transition from ICD-10. That sh*t was seriously disruptive...
